SLYS Tuscany 

 Wellbeing in Motion is a 7 day experience designed for first responders and members of the public who give a lot of themselves, at work, in family life, or to others and are ready for time that genuinely restores.

This is not a high intensity retreat or a packed itinerary.

It is a carefully paced journey that blends connection

It is a carefully paced journey that blends connection, culture, food, movement, and time on the sea.

Small groups. No pressure. Just space to reset.

 This program has been created with first responders at its heart — including healthcare workers, emergency services, and those working in high-stress, responsibility heavy roles.

It is also open to the general public who resonate with the SLYS ethos and are seeking meaningful escape.

You do not need sailing experience.

You do not need to be “good at relaxing.”

You just need to arrive.

The Experience at a Glance

Sailing the Tuscan Coast — The SLYS Way

Three days are spent sailing along the Tuscan coastline, following the long standing SLYS philosophy of gratitude, restoration, and time on the water.

For many first responders, this becomes the most powerful part of the journey.

This is time given back — without expectation.
